Home Tour Policies

​PROPERTY TOUR POLICIES

1. Properties selected for the tour will be on a first come first serve basis.
2. 2nd Listing request will be honored if space is available.
3. No more than twelve homes to be on property tours.
4. All property shown must have a current MLS listing.
5. One home per showing agent. The showing agent should be opening the Supra. Showing agents must attend the tour.
6. A $25 fee will be charged to those agents who are not members of the Tooele County Association of REALTORS®.
7. Children, spouses’ pets, etc. are NOT allowed on tour.
8. Honor Society Points will be issued to anyone who attends the tour and luncheon.
9. Door prize drawings will occur at the end of the tour. You must be present to win.
10. Every agent with a home on the tour must be a REALTOR® member of the National Association of Realtors®
11. Allow time for honest feedback and respect agents time.
12. Sponsorship of Property Tour will be offered to participating affiliates.
13. Property tour deadline for submitting your homes: Tuesday by 8:00 p.m.
