All CE courses offered by the Association are FREE to active members, with the exception of designations and specialty courses. If there is a cost associated with these classes there will be a cost posted. A schedule of upcoming CE courses can be found on the Association at a Glance page.

When taking CE courses from the Association please remember:
The association encourages education in addition to the required hours set by the Division of Real Estate. Agents should keep in mind that there may be a delay when uploading completed CE courses to the division. The Division recommends that you complete all CE no later than the 15th of the month that your license is set to expire. You will not be able to renew unless all hours have been uploaded to the RELMS renewal system. MANDATORY CORE
REQUIRED OF ALL LICENSEE RENEWALS STARTING JANUARY 2020.
In January 2020, 3 of the 9 required Core Topic Course hours must be satisfied by completing the Mandatory 3-Hour Real Estate Commission Approved Course.
The Mandatory 3-Hour Course will be available for licensees to complete no later than July of 2019. This course will address current (this will change every two years) topics of industry concern, areas of confusion, common misconceptions, disciplinary actions and how to avoid them, etc.

First time renewals must take the 12 HOUR NEW AGENT COURSE as part of the required 18 hours. The Division will not allow your to renew your license for the first time unless this course has been completed. Existing agents may complete this courses as well, as a refresher, and receive credit for completion.
The Association does not offer this course.
