Rookie of the Year
  • Must be a new REALTOR® member within the last two years.
  • Should be actively involved in TCAR by joining committees, attending events, and engaging with other agents and the community.
  • Must have completed at least three real estate transactions within one consecutive year.
  • Selected by the previous five award recipients.
REALTOR® of the Year
  • Must have been a REALTOR® member in good standing for at least three years and actively involved in TCAR over the past year.
  • Should demonstrate a strong commitment to community service.
  • Must show dedication and service to the Association and real estate industry.
  • The current Board President and President-Elect are not eligible during their term.
  • Chosen by the last five award recipients.
Atlas Affiliate of the Year
  • Must have been a dues-paying affiliate member for the entire year.
  • Should be actively involved with TCAR.
  • Recognized for outstanding service, accomplishments, participation, and contribution of time and resources to TCAR.
  • Selected by a vote of the general membership.
Top Producers
  • Must be a TCAR member in good standing.
  • Recognized as part of the top 10% of membership based on sales performance.
  • Selected using data from the MLS and a tracking log for non-MLS listed properties.
Honor Society
  • Must be a TCAR member in good standing.
  • Must have actively participated in TCAR events and activities throughout the year.
  • Selection is based on a point system for participation in TCAR activities.​
Lifetime Honors & Lifetime Producer
  • Must be a TCAR member in good standing.
  • Must have received the Honors Award or Top Producer Award at least 7 out of the last 10 years.
Good Neighbor REALTOR® Award
  • Given to a TCAR REALTOR® member who has made a significant impact in their community through volunteer work.
  • Must be a TCAR member in good standing
  • Selected by the TCAR Awards Committee.
Good Neighbor Affiliate Award
  • Given to  an affiliate member who has made a significant impact in their community through volunteer work.
  • Must be a TCAR member in good standing.
  • Selected by the TCAR Awards Committee.
