New Member Agent Requirement- You are also required to take an online course within 30 days of joining our REALTOR® association.
You are also required to take a 1-hour class in our office when they are offered. (New Agent Orientation is offered on a quarterly basis.)

Dues are due no later than January 15th and July 15th to avoid a $25 late fee. The late fee will be added on January 16th and July 16th. If dues are not paid by January 31st and July 31st the agent will be made inactive on February 1st and August 1st. To rejoin the TCAR agents will need to pay the $250 Application fee along with any late fees and current dues. (Unless the Inactive paperwork has been completed and turned into the TCAR office no later than January 31st and July 31st.)
