Kelley Anderson

​I am a dedicated REALTOR®, proud U.S. Navy veteran, and committed advocate for both our profession and the communities we serve. I began my real estate career in Florida in 2005, and throughout my career, I have believed that great REALTORS® do more than help people buy and sell homes—we build relationships, strengthen communities, and serve as trusted resources during some of life's biggest decisions.
As a current TCAR Board Member, I have had the opportunity to serve alongside dedicated professionals who care deeply about our association and its members. That experience has strengthened my desire to take the next step and serve as TCAR President-Elect.
I believe a strong REALTOR® association should provide its members with meaningful education, relevant resources, professional development, advocacy, and opportunities to connect and grow. Just as importantly, our leadership should listen to our members, welcome new ideas, communicate openly, and make decisions with the future of our profession in mind.
I am running for TCAR President-Elect because I want to give back to the profession that has given me so much. I want to help strengthen our association, support our members, encourage greater involvement, and ensure TCAR continues moving forward as a strong voice and valuable resource for REALTORS® throughout our community.
It would be an honor to earn your support and continue serving you as your next TCAR President-Elect.

Brenda Oliphant

Hi!
I'm Brenda Oliphant.  I have been a Realtor and a member of the Tooele County Association for 12 years.  Of those 12 years, I have served on the Board of Directors for 7.  I helped create TCAR Charities and also revamped, along with Stephanie Bagwell, the Tooele County Specialist Designation.  I have served as property tour director, awards director, TCAR Mini Convention director, UARHOF director, was over the pickleball tournament the 1st year it was implemented, and have I served 1 time as president for TCAR (3 year term).  I feel it is important to serve.  I'd love a chance to serve as your president elect, president, and past president again, this time, hopefully without Covid!  But, valuable lessons were learned during that time and I'm grateful for the knowledge and growth from that experience.

​I have been a member of TCAR since 2006. 99% of my business is focused on New Construction the Builder I represent is Pride Built Homes who is local to Tooele and has built homes in the county for the last 30 years. My broker is Andrea Cahoon with ACRE411. I have previously served as TCAR President and would love to Serve again.
