Stephanie Bagwell

I've been in real estate for 18 years and a member of TCAR for the last 10 years.  I love what TCAR has done for my business and for my professional development.  I love what TCAR does for the community.  I've served as a director, president and on a number of committees.  I'm a Sterling R and am passionate about our business.  After doing real estate part time for the last 3 years, I'm excited to jump back in full time.  I can't think of a better way to do this than by serving on the Board of Directors and working with my fellow Realtors to continue the great work that TCAR does.  ​

Rita Rose Durrant

Hi, I'm Rita Rose a Realtor with Premier Utah Real Estate, and I've spent the past 6 years serving buyers and sellers throughout Tooele County. I'm excited to run for the TCAR Board of Directors this year and bring a fresh perspective to the team. I'd love to put my social media marketing skills to work helping elevate TCAR's presence and connect more members and clients with everything our association offers. I'm committed to giving back to the organization and community that have helped shape my career, and I'd be honored to earn your support.

Carrie Childs

My name is Carrie Child. I am from Utah and have lived in Tooele for the last 4 years and have loved it! I have 2 kids and homeschool them so I love finding things I can do that allow me to be home with them and still create dreams for myself. I am a newer real estate agent, but I love helping people find a home they can love no matter their circumstances. I love to read and learn and to be with people. I enjoy being outside (but prefer the spring or fall weather). I would love the chance to be on the board to meet and socialize with other agents and to help other agents in their path as well. I am excited for the chance to be considered and look forward to helping out where I can. ​

Liz Gualtier

​Real Estate has been my career for nearly two decades, and I’ve been fortunate to experience our industry from several different perspectives. I began in 2008 as a mortgage processor, later managed the day-to-day operations of a company with more than 100 employees, and worked closely with title companies as a mobile notary. Those experiences gave me a strong appreciation for the teamwork it takes to help a transition succeed.
For the past 10 years, I’ve proudly served as a Realtor, helping more than 200 families buy and sell their homes. Every transaction has reinforced my belief that our profession is built on relationships, trust, and a commitment to serving others.
For nearly six years, I’ve have lived as well as worked in Tooele County. This community has become home, and I care deeply about its continued growth and success. I believe our local Board of Realtors plays a vital role in supporting its members, protecting our profession, and strengthening the communities we serve.
